Food was so-so. Too many other great places to go for that price. Atmosphere doesn't know what it wants to be. It's not fancy enough with all the televisions around and not laid back enough to be a sports bar. Do basically your left with a rich man's Chili's and frankly I've had better food at Chili's.
Great Caesar salad and rack of lamb. Very friendly staff.
Horrible!!!!! I called to make a reservation and they hung up telling me to call tomorrow.
Loved it! Food was delicious and Michael makes sure himself that everything is perfect for you.
Mediocre food. Rude owner. Terrible atmosphere.
Let me preface this by saying that yes, the menu items are expensive. The location is unusual for such an upscale and pricey menu; located in a strip of other stores. This was our first visit here, and we almost missed the turn on Country Club because it wasn't marked. We came before Christmas, so they had a plethora of Santa figures, seasonal decor, and Christmas music piping in from the speakers. Very warm and welcoming. We saw Michael as we sat down and he was very amiable. The restaurant is a bit of an unusual hybrid of elegance and sports bar. The crab cakes were amazing and my burger was quite sizable and delicious. The house bread is crunchy—like large croutons. Not my favorite. As time passed the restaurant filled with more patrons and our server became more scarce. That's the main reason for a lost star. If we're paying good money we should not have to wait over five-plus minutes for a refill or dessert.
Wonderful
The best
Great place for fine dining experience. Their appitisors, entre and deserts are awesome. I especially remember the clams for appitisor. The portion satisfied four of us. Michael would come around to the tables asking if things were prepared properly or if anyone needed anything.
Small upscale restaurant just east of May Ave. Fantastic owner really takes pride in his shop. The food is fantastic, but a bit on the pricey side. Most entrees were $39-50. Popular with locals, so check for reservations. Somewhat difficult to spot as it's just off May Ave. behind a large Blue 7 store.
Awesome food, great service and the chief came out several times to check on everything. The filet was fantastic and the baked apple pie was out of this world. It is a bit pricey but I think it is worth it for the price.
One of the best in OKC not the least expensive
Elegant fine dining at its very best--Family owned and operated the food here is phenomenal with a gorgeous selection of fine wines and spirits plus any one of their homemade desserts compliment their housemade Brandy-Ice perfectly and its so delectable you'll be hooked instantly--Superb staff Amazing cooks and the owner Michael treats everyone as if they are family--Much love and respect for Michael and his entire staff--It's also a great place to go just to have a glass of wine or drink but trust me you'll wanna stay for the food--Reservations preferred--Bon Appetit !!
The Best
Love this place. The Caesar salads are the best. But mostly, we come here for the personal service and attention to detail!
Never had a bad meal or bad service and my husband and I have gone to Michael's many times over the years. We are certainly not what one would refer to as "regulars" but Michael has always come over to greet us and our meals have always been great. Michael treats everyone as a friend...regardless whether you're a regular or there occasionally. It's a special occasion place for us and seeing Michael is always a pleasure. We have recommended Michael's to out of town friends and heard nothing but praises. Want a great meal, drinks and service...go to "Michael's Grill." You will not be disappointed.
Great food!
Michael is gracious and the food is amazing. We loved the atmosphere, the warm welcome and the Kansas City strip was the best I’ve ever eaten. We also had the cherry pie which is home made topped with ice cream.
Love this place best Cesar salad in Oklahoma.
Love this place. Geat food, fun atmosphere. Michael's the man. Pro tip: reserve your seats at the bar for a night game.
I've never had a bad meal at Michaels. I'm epically a fan of the lobster mac n' cheese. Great wine selection as well.
Not to crazy about this place
It's a great spot to go with a friend and eat a great steak! Kudos to a good bartender as well
I love Michael's Grill, always impecably prepared and wonderfully flavorful food in a nice environment
Delicious and great service!
This is my second time here. This was an anniversary. I had the chicken Picatta. It was a huge portion and fairly good. The house salad was wilted and average. The wife had the filet with lobster claws and burnside. It was ok. With two glasses of wine the bill was $180. I frankly thought it was over priced. The decode is dark and not fancy. The service was wonderful. Won't go back. Too many other good spots.
Best in town. Been going to The Grill since 2003.That is all you need to know.
Truly a hidden gem in OKC
Really tasty food!
Very good with nice atmosphere thanks Michael!
Absolutely AMAZING! A little pricey, but its worth it!!!!!
One of the best in OKC

Fantastic restaurant
Good food, good atmosphere. Never been disappointed
My fiance's family introduced me to this little hidden gem, and it is one of the places we love to drop by, knowing we will get an amazing meal.If you go on a weekend, you NEED a reservation. Otherwise you just won't get a seat haha.We recently went on a weeknight, and were sat immediately. One of the best things ever is their garlic bread stuff that they bring to every table. It is crispy, golden, buttery, garlicky, and perfect. I could eat just those and be happy.I've never had a meal I didn't enjoy immensely, and their desserts are just SO good. The owner is a gem, and the staff is always great as well. Definitely worth a visit!
Beautiful ambience, superior wait staff, and fabulous menu!
The owner of this establishment was extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable with his profanity. Furthermore, the food was below mediocre. I would not recommend visiting such a low class restaurant.
Food and staff 5 star
Second time here with our friends and it was amazing and flavorful. We're adding this on our regular places to eat now. We ordered four desserts.😍 Our waitress Lindsey was a sweetie.
Won't disappoint. Food, atmosphere and service is fabulous!
The best steak that I’ve ever had. The KC strip. Wow! That atmosphere? Phenomenal. The food? Amazing. The service? Top notch. Thank you for a fantastic dining experience!
It was a blissful experience. The specials were amazing! We love Michael and always spend our special occasions here.
